Spend two nights in one of three newly built mountain huts on the volcano, offering breathtaking views—one side overlooking a serene lagoon, the other revealing the vast Amazon rainforest. Along the way, you’ll encounter rare woolly monkeys in the higher regions and an incredible variety of birds throughout the trail.
 

Due to the unmarked and overgrown paths, a guide is essential for navigating this untamed wilderness. The adventure begins in Pacto Sumaco, where you’ll journey deep into Ecuador’s most remote and pristine ecosystems.
